Experimental Power Cells are a T2 product/components in BotG. Made from raw materials. Can be manufactured to produce higher quality/value end products or civilian services.
To make Experimental Power Cells you need a Power Cell Factory made from an ACP Structure and (6)Radioactive Metals, (3)Exotic Metals and (1)Exotic Chemical.
Has a base output of 10 and a base sell of $250.
